Ingredients:
100% Wholemeal Gluten-Free Oat Flakes. Oats from the United Kingdom and Ireland (during bad harvests, other external producers may be used).

Instructions for use / Preparation:
Mix 40g of our pure oatmeal with 180ml of milk or water, bring to the boil over a low heat and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it reaches the desired consistency.
Conservation:
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Presentation:
Cardboard packaging with compostable film. This film is made from renewable resources, vegetable fibers and is completely compostable and non-toxic for the environment. It is just as durable as ordinary plastic packaging, but degrades easily in home composting. Plastic-free.
