It is best to take it 1-2 hours before or after meals and always 2 hours away from important medications/supplements.
You can also use it in your mouth to naturally whiten your teeth (maximum 3x a week).
Gothic lattes, pancakes, ice cream, waffles and other recipes: Add 1-2 teaspoonś (3g) of powdeŕ to a wide variety of drinks or your favorite recipes.
Conservation:
To maintain the integrity of this product, close the bottle tightly and store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. After opening, preferably consume within 45 days.
