Our famous recipe is adapted from the original recipe by Maximillian Bircher-Benner, a Swiss doctor and nutritionist. We’ve combined a selection of the best organic ingredients in our Bircher Muesli to create a nutritionally balanced recipe and a versatile, wonderfully delicious breakfast.<\/p>\n

Our creamy organic wholemeal oats, grown in Britain, are blended with delicious sweet apples and juicy raisins, sunflower seeds for texture and a boost of nutrition, sprinkled with delicious real Ceylon cinnamon.<\/p>\n

Instructions for use \/ Preparation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Our Bircher muesli is delicious soaked in natural apple juice for a few minutes (or overnight in the fridge) and served with yogurt. Put 3 tablespoons or 40g of Bircher in a bowl, add 60ml of apple juice and a tablespoon of yogurt. Cover and soak overnight in the fridge. Alternatively, serve with milk of your choice. Also make a delicious porridge: cover with milk of your choice and microwave or cook on the stove (stirring constantly) until hot.<\/p>\n

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.<\/p>\n

Presentation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Cardboard packaging with compostable film. This film is made from renewable resources, vegetable fibers and is completely compostable and non-toxic for the environment. It is just as durable as ordinary plastic packaging, but degrades easily in home composting. Plastic-free.<\/p>\n
