PAYMENT METHODS

All prices on our website include VAT (where applicable) at the rate in force and are correct at the time the information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (except for changes affecting orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has already been sent).

We always try to ensure that the prices of items displayed on the Pharmabiz website are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered by the User, they will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option of keeping the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the user chooses to cancel and has already paid for the goods (but they have not yet been dispatched) they will receive a full refund.

Payment can be made by any credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard), Multibanco, MbWay or via Paypal. Payment will be debited from your account (in € currency) before the goods or service are dispatched.

All transactions on our website are secure.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept VISA and MasterCard.

This is an instant payment method. This means that as soon as you make the payment and confirm the order, it will be processed immediately.

3D SECURE
All transactions are through 3D secure, which means that the customer’s identity is verified through an extra security step, and validated to ensure that the card used is legitimate. In this way, you are better protected against fraud. This protocol is offered by Visa (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (SecureCode).

HOW TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD

During the 2nd step of the checkout (‘Payment’), you can choose the option to pay by credit card. When you select this option, a form with the necessary details will appear for you to fill in. Once you have filled in the form, click on ‘Continue’. Due to 3D Secure, a pop-up may sometimes appear asking you to validate your card.

If your card is rejected, or if the 3D Secure pop-up does not appear correctly, or if any other error occurs, we will not be able to accept your credit card payment. If this happens, please choose another option, such as PayPal.

Please note that for your security we use an anti-fraud system which may be triggered if your order is abnormal. In this case, our team will contact you to validate your order. This process may take 48 to 72 hours. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

The only currency we accept is the Euro (EUR). If your credit card defaults to another currency, check with your bank to see if you will be charged conversion fees.

PAYPAL

HOW TO PAY WITH PAYPAL
During the second step of the checkout (‘Checkout’), you can choose the PayPal option. When you choose this option, an additional box will appear, allowing you to save the data for a faster checkout in the future. If you want to save the data, tick this box. You can then click ‘Continue’ to confirm your order on the next page.

You will be redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment. When payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the Pharmabiz website, where your order will be registered and a confirmation e-mail sent to you.

Please note that there may be restrictions on the countries/products accepted by PayPal. If PayPal is not available, please choose an alternative payment method.

Note: Pharmabiz, Lda. does not store any login details for the customer’s PayPal account.

MULTIBANK

Multibanco payments can be made through the Multibanco ATM Network or through your Homebanking.

When you finalise your order, an ATM reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation e-mail, although it will also be available in the ‘Order details’, under the ‘Orders’ tab in the customer’s Pharmabiz account.

To pay at an ATM, the customer must select the ‘Payment for Services/Purchases’ option and enter the corresponding entity, reference and amount.

MB WAY

Customers can pay for their order using the MB WAY payment system. To do so, during the ordering process they must select this payment method and indicate the mobile phone number to which the application is associated, access it and follow the purchase confirmation steps indicated.
If the number entered does not correspond to a payment number registered in the application, the following message will be displayed: ‘We were unable to validate your payment. We received the following message: Inexisting MB WAY alias’.

As indicated in the application, payment must be made within five minutes or the order will be cancelled. If payment is successfully completed by 2pm on a working day, the order will be dispatched on the same day. Orders paid for after this time are expected to be dispatched the following working day.

Warning: The shipping times indicated will be met under normal order processing conditions, with the exception of exceptional increases in the volume of orders that may occur during festive periods or during promotional campaigns, as well as other eventualities that hinder the regular provision of the delivery service.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT VOUCHER. HOW CAN I USE IT?

In the last step of the purchase, before selecting the payment method, there is a box where you can enter the discount voucher code.

We authorise the use of promotional codes strictly under the terms and conditions in which they were issued which, among others, may include terms relating to the User’s eligibility to use them or promotional effects.
